Tenants
Locating you where you feel at home is all Lock 8 Estates aims for.
Once we know your requirements, we can recommend the most suitable properties from those available and arrange viewings at your convenience.
Having found your next home we will need a holding deposit from you followed by references in the form of:
- Letter from your employer
- Letter from your current landlord
- Copies of most recent bank statement
- A copy of photo ID ( passport or driving licence )
On the day of your move-in we will have your contract, inventory, keys and payment arrangements ready for you to sign and collect.
